Blair J. Ryan
Blair is the co-founder and CEO of the Empathy Factory. Following the road less-travelled, Blair has arrived at a vision of an entire generation of youth who are inspired to live and lead with empathy, to create social change, and to simply ‘believe.’
A football player turned fundraiser turned social entrepreneur, Blair shares a message and enthusiasm that consistently stirs people in action. His story of overcoming adversity is inspirational, and his words are delivered with determination.

Steve specializes in helping individuals and organizations build healthier more rewarding workplaces. Whether it’s greater employee engagement, increased collaboration between colleagues, a greater sense of purpose, or simply being more positive; Steve’s innovative approach is one that you won’t find anywhere else.
Steve is Professional Electrical Engineer, graduated at the top of his MBA class, is a published researcher and has 20 years of corporate experience in creating his own healthy workplace. His work has taken him throughout North America where has stood at the front of the room in conversation with business, non-profit, public sector and faith community audiences. Steve has an uncanny ability to connect with his audience and since 2005 has done so more than 45,000 times. He lectures at Saint Mary’s University in the School of Business and his first book, Myth Number 2 was released in January 2010.
